i often feel annoyed at getting hungry again after ive already eaten earlier in the day. i know it keeps happening and this is part of life but some part of me really has not come to terms with it

The design of our bodies is a bloody joke. Recently been tempted to go on an epic rant again on it. Constant refueling, absurdly vague dynamic with one's own states, poor data retrieval control, poor to no pruning control, no on/off button while needed excessive downtime...

Yeah I’d never eat again if sustenance could be outsourced. Pleasure of satiation isn’t worthwhile after.

The only way around that I’ve found was Keto, but it’s a somewhat strict diet, doesn’t agree with everyone but for those it does, it’s kind of magic.
