Are you implying that if they had a baby, it would be in a similar state to the parents? Or just that the parents wouldn’t be able to take care of the baby and would need to go into the foster system?

No/Yes. Because while the disabled adults are a bit of a burden, they're alive and we're not gonna want to get rid of them, but if we know that they're gonna have a child who is guaranteed to be a burden, it's just better if we prevent that from happening.

Do you prefer women with a nice waist to hip ratio, clear complexion, and facial symmetry? You like good genes. Broadly, the human population searches for good genes without social reinforcement. In extreme cases such as above, intervention should occur.
