Don't also some other pretty good studies say they do? Ivermectin is confusing for me cause it seems like there's a lot of contradicting evidence.

There are no good studies that shows Ivermectin is superior to placebo. Fortunately as the pandemic stage has passed most people will not need to worry about this ever again.
