I remember going through the same thing. It takes a couple weeks before anything starts making sense. You're not just learning a programming language, you're learning the language *of* programming.
That's the tricky thing; at the start you don't know what you don't know, and people helping on the internet don't know what you do / don't know. So half the battle is figuring out how to ask the right questions. I'd love to help if you need I've taught lots of programming.
It boggles my mind how so many tech gurus don't understand that not everyone knows command line. I felt that "how does cmd know where to download install file from?" For a long time. I feel this thread so bad because there are soooo many steps people trying to help are skipping
You're trying to dive straight into something that takes most people months (or longer) to get comfortable with. You're trying to skip over the learning curve, because you're not actually interested in learning to code, you're only interested in solving a problem. [1/n]
