as others have said - low dose, predictable environment, etc. I wrote a tripsitting guide that might be useful, tho it is mostly targeted for higher dose trips:

Things that may or may not apply: go in prepared to surrender yourself. set up your space such that you have options (or will inevitably encounter) a wide range of emotions - sexual arousal, anger, grief, gratitude, etc. Try getting yourself to draw, it's valuable afterwards

re: range of emotions, music playlists can be good for this - music will come on without you having to think or move, and pass without you having to think or move. I have a LSD playlist for emotional variety here knowingless.com/music-playlist (if it feels good; ofc zero obligation)

Remember weird physical things sometimes happen! You might get nauseated, or a stomachache, or have leg start shaking weirdly. It's important to prepare yourself for strange bodily things *before* you go in; if it hits when you're high w/ zero prep it will be very confusing

re: drawing, for some it can be a useful 'later' access; if you make visual content while tripping, once you come down it can be useful to look at that visual content as a way to remember the trip. People's memories of trips tend to fade, like dreams.
thank you!!! this is exactly what i was looking for. iโll make a point of drawing & maybe share afterwards :)
