Consuming lots of fiber also solves the problem, 90% of the time at least.

I’ve considered it, but what do you go after the spray? Like you’re wet then, and I don’t really want went toilet paper on my ass. Do you use wet wipes? Seems extreme. Alternative would be towels or something, but then I gotta have a wet poop towel collection and cleaning system.

Yes, in Spain they are pretty common. Not that I know what they're for (male)

One of the most shocking things to me is that the West is so slow at adopting bidets as the standard as they are far superior and much more environmentally friendly. Cultural norms are hard to break apparently.
