Over the past year I cried (defined by noticeably modified breathing and at least 2 full tears) 55 times, or once every 6.6 days. 12 of which were "bawling" (defined by intense crying with loud vocalizations).

It’d be interesting to see a survey for the types of triggers most likely to make people cry. e.g. Pain, pride, grief, joy, etc. I’m a pride crier for sure. When the underdog wins I totally lose it

I have not cried that much in 10 years, even when I wanted to. I can't. And I don't know, if that's a good thing.
