About autogynephilia/fetishism: I believe we generally get the causal relationship the wrong way around. I think AGP is the result of having feelings you can only allow yourself to experience when in taboo-mode. When I got over most of my GD, any AGP tendencies followed.

That's how it was for me, I wanted to be a girl when I grew up when I was 4 years old, many years before any autogynephilia symptoms could have developed.

Not impossible, I think I had occasional sexual feelings around that age, but I don't recall any fetishes closely related to AGP. I do remember a persistent nonsexual sense of wanting to be female, that gradually got kinda sexual as I got older.
