I picked 4 since I could leverage that info to trade stocks or otherwise make money in a way that won't get me arrested. Not sure if the first 2 have much practical application if you don't already engage with those fields.
2 > 4 because surprise regulation or discreet knowledge of externalities will supersede superior trade knowledge since politics regulate trade, or at least heavily factor into market sentiment.
2 & 4 are literally the easiest to capitalize on. You don’t have to work for them, you just have to know what the market will do tomorrow and act accordingly.

this info on drugs/forging/and smuggling probably involves a lot of horrific crimes against humanity. Same thing with an order of magnitude higher would apply to geopolitics and megacorps
