Ask them what they think might end it. Most people know and it will give you chance to change or decide you won't and end on good terms.

Alternatively, just have a conversation. Lots of them. Maybe they do care more than it initially seems.

Try harder to never be jealous or limiting. Anything that makes your partner happy should make you happy. Be extra open to listening to the most expansive/creative manifesto of their needs/happiness

Try your best to honestly face your own insecurities. If you don’t, they will find a way into your relationship anyway, probably as projections. Your ego defenses will try to protect you, but it will cost you real intimacy.
