Why would someone pay a child abuser tons of cash if they can get the same thing depicting a child that *doesn't exist and doesn't suffer*, for free? It's like, would you outlaw 100% realistic lab-grown, *free* beef? You would, if your goal is to protect the real-beef industry.

I would imagine it's not *just* the image that's arousing, it's the abuse itself that is. Kinda like avant garde art, part of the art is the method it was made.

I actually don't think so; 1) child abusers tend to rationalize that the child likes it 2) lots of people who like depictions of abuse itself, also actively prefer it not 'totally real', but acted; CP watchers *don't have the option of not totally real*

The way you are saying this makes it sound as though you think loli content is CP, it isn't and there are entire threads going over how pedos don't like loli. They don't want artificial, as a matter of fact it seems to be something they fight. They want real children.

They rationalize that the child likes it because it's a horrific act and they don't want to be responsible for it - they push the shame of it back onto the child. They get off on how horrific it is even if they will never admit it. So no, fake digitized horror will not work.
