I think this is pretty demonstrably untrue.
There are countless accounts of porn-induced fetishes in communities like nofap (just one ex, they can be induced in other ways too), but also we can clearly see a societal desensitization that isn't "natural" the way orientation is.

Being into children is not a sexual orientation and yes freely available gay content does make people gay, I have seen that happening in all-boys schools. Everyone who won't identify as gay suddenly started sexually assaulting dudes and dudes start paying each other for blowjobs

No, but one existing fetish/preference can supplant another depending on how much you feed it.
Conflict between multiple fetishes is well-established in the psychology literature (and itโs not equivalent to being gay).

No, it's 100% possible to cultivate a fetish, whether on purpose or by accident.
I'm less sure if orientation can be cultivated too but it doesn't sound implausible to me.
