Reading or skimming these is a lot of fun. Probably the MOST fun, though, is seeing one where I already know a fair bit about the subject and thus immediately understanding why it is on the list. The best of these so far is en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Athletics which is delightful!

I wonder if a version of Active Denial System was used in the towers at 9/11. It seems that the people caught inside the towers were encountering these effects and it was forcing them to jump out of windows, even when the rooms and floors they were in were not on fire.
