there are like 10x as many cells in your body that are microbes as their are of your own cells (theyre just really small) even now tiny little arthropods live in your eyelids eating your dead skin GIVE UP. there is no way to become Clean. you just have to believe in yourself

(to be clear i have very consciously/deliberately tried not to be lax with hygiene stuff that seems clearly tied to health outcomes, like teeth brushing)

I brush my teeth, shower daily, and wash my hands whenever I use the bathroom. But anything more than that seems excessive. Give ppl a sip from your water bottle, eat food if it touched the floor for only 5 seconds, etc ppl need to stop being so prissy smh

Same, for as much of a non-minimalist that I am, I do generally believe in not getting dirty nor clean very often (things that help make this viable are being thinner than normal to minimize sweat and not cooking anything messier than a banana to prevent room smells).

I actually think less shampoo etc or none makes a lot of sense. But health outcomes are much better as a society with great hand washing. Like it should be treated like teeth brushing
