How concerned should I be about wasps? As in, how likely are they, actually, to sting you if you're just sitting there minding your own business?

We have a nest of giant brown paper wasps somewhere in our garden and they’re surprisingly chill, haven’t harassed us at all

That said a friend did accidentally stand on one and described the experience as painful as breaking a toe

a giant wasp somehow got into my bedroom, ive barricaded the door and am tryin to decide how to take it off this earth, this makes me more nervous

Oh just get a cup and piece of card and trap it and carry it out, if it’s one of the big brownish red boys they’re super chill and slow
