Relax. Wasps sting when threatened or when they smell your fear pheromones. Learning to be at peace when surrounded by bees and wasps is one of the most euphoric zen states one can reach

Open the window until it flies out. If you go after it with a swatter it will prob try to sting you, so dress up. Not sure about Raid - specialized hornet and wasp spray kills pretty much on contact, but not sure you want to spray it or Raid in your bedroom

One wasp sting is pretty painful, but not the end of the world. Unless you get anaphylaxis, but that usually takes multiple stings.

Double a towel over, hold the ends together in one hand, use it as a swatter to knock it to the ground, then stomp or use a book in the other hand.

Nah - vacuum cleaner ! Suck that thing up with the tube part and let it keep running - I would also then vacuum up something hard that you know would turn into projectiles that would guarantee it can’t possibly survive.

trap it with a glass and then use a magazine under the glass to take it outside. fear is the mind-killer.
