Extremely concerned and I think the collapse in autopsy rates is hiding a lot of data that would establish causal chains between microplastics and organ cancers, independent of the probable cluster of issues around hormonal systems

Given the amount of regular sized plastics I've consumed, a little extra in the water sounds pretty negligible

I think the microparticulate harm is likely dwarfed by other sources of microparticulates (like conventional air pollution). I think the chemo toxicity is probably real but minor, at least in humans.

A bit concerned about the environmental impact. I'm not aware of them being substantially dangerous for humans.
