This seems like it should be one of those "pos/neg thoughts || overall happy/unhappy" surveys. But otoh maybe that's too facile? Fwiw, an "amateur" stoicism helps push the net towards positive for me.

Something something human condition. Lots of negative thoughts but I'd like to think I know myself well enough to sort out what's worth dragging myself down for and what's not.

Strangely enough most of the negative thoughts seem to have found a shortcut: now they go straight to the body. Not sure if this is a good thing or not tho 😅
