I think it symbolises autism in a good way because allot of the times my brain feels like a puzzle and it doesn't always connect stuff the right way.

It's not the puzzle piece, it's the likes of 'Autism Speaks' speaking for everyone but autistic folk, trying to 'cure' autism with conversion therapy that uses our brains inefficiently to stimulate being neurotypical.

Couldnt any organization use a puzzle piece and it would still be decent symbolism? Like implying the org is a missing puzzle piece to bring coherence and new information to a field. A step towards completing the goal. Its a pretty positive symbol. That's how I took it

I'm shocked by the results!
The puzzle piece is associated with Autism speaks and conversion therapy, which has and is causing a lot of harm to autists- that's nasty stuff!
But I guess there's an awareness problem.
It's also a symbol chosen by NT corporates, not autists
