How do you recommend learning about the options? Even basic things like Botox are hard to get clear info on and I don’t know if I trust a person who wants my money to tell me what will work.

Realself is a good start. Temporary procedures you might need to experiment with. Permanent procedures are really hard to evaluate, reviews are misleading; I'd budget a few hundred dollars to getting a lot of consults beforehand
