I would say midnight. Understand everyone saying 11pm and later.

why is minding your own business not an option. 'faint' music? you're going to involve the monopoly of violence over... faint music?

Parties usually are winding down around 1am so it’s usually an easy call. Lots of couples and flings have already left and if you’re not getting laid tonight, Waffle House is almost as good so you gotta make that run.
