Your neighbor is having a party on Thursday night. It's late, and there are people on their front lawn and faint but noticeable music is bumping from their house. At what time would you consider it reasonable to take action (asking them to turn it down, or call police)?

This. But then like, music and people is always pretty acceptable to me? Now, If you operate a leaf blower at literally any time of day? Death.

I would say midnight. Understand everyone saying 11pm and later.
People saying 9pm need to live in the country.

why is minding your own business not an option. 'faint' music? you're going to involve the monopoly of violence over... faint music?

Parties usually are winding down around 1am so it’s usually an easy call. Lots of couples and flings have already left and if you’re not getting laid tonight, Waffle House is almost as good so you gotta make that run.
