i feel like twitter needs a snitch tax.
like if you report someone and they get banned for a week, you get banned for a day. i get that people will have alts, but even slightly raising the costs of acting cop-like seems a step in the right direction

I usually report people who threaten to kill me but to each their own I guess

seems like a reasonable policy, and yeah, mechanisms & incentives look different from different parts of twitter/different types of accounts
