adderall makes me feel 'normal', like now i can sorta do what other adults seem to have been doing this whole time. It made me feel like I can actually achieve projects I set my mind to, which makes me feel more motivated, which has created a great feedback loop

idk where you're located but i used Donefirst and that worked great for me. Super easy, streamlined. When I tried doing "doctor through my health insurance" method it was an absolute fucking nightmare and why i am no longer using Kaiser.
i forget, i think it was like $60/month on top of everything. I finally just switched to getting my new cool doctor to prescribe it for me.

Q: was fear of filling in bureaucratic forms part of ADHD? If so... is that now improved?
(I ask bc enormous, nonsensical forms are WILDY more common now. Potentially +part of explanation of many failures of otherwise bright ppl.)
