OK, let's say in a life or death situation, you and your partner both have like 20 "significant" others and you have to choose which one to save. Is there a hierarchy? Is the "rational" thing to use a random number generator?

I'm monog and I actually like only having one partner at a time. It's about the babies for me. What happens if two or three women get pregnant by the same guy¿ I feel it's unlikely that those children get treated with the same level of care.

You do realize that most people who enter monog relationships both want to be in one, right? Having to tell someone "you're not allowed to see other people" would be the exception. Hell, if you have to tell them that, you probably don't even want to be with them anymore.
