Isn’t the 16 year old question just going to sort people by the age of consent in their jurisdiction?

That one should have said 14 imo... it seemed blatantly obviously a "0" answer at 16, though I'm not sure many would agree it was that obvious. (I did use my ethical value system rather than my state's law to answer)

Yeah, 16 is the age of Consent in Canada so I'm sure that skewed the results some.

That's kind of surprising to me. Does crossing a state border somehow change something from rape to not rape in people's head? I'd be interested in the results of a version that specifies that it's in a jurisdiction where 16 is the legal age.
