But "abortion" is gradeable. Abortion in month 4 is *more* murder than abortion in week 12. That's not neat and nice, but ethically how we have to grapple with this. It's the either/or that you put your finger on here that doesn't work.

I voted that way even though it’s obviously irrational. I’m mad at the cop. I want him tried for murder. We humans aren’t alway logically consistent. I avoid that when I can, embrace it when I must.

Sickening, but not murder. No premeditation. Manslaughter or aggravated assault. Also 4 month is after the cutoff line for legal abortion in many pro choice countries.
