In hindsight, was there any point before thr age of 18 where you feel like you could have meaningfully consented to sex with someone 12 years older?

From the moment I blasted into puberty, I was beyond ready to consent with any woman I found attractive. They could have been +30 years for all I cared

As a man, I think having some sexual relationship with a 29 yo as a 17 yo boy, would make me more confident and comfortable. I'm not sure so I voted maybe, but that's how I feel.

Legal consent, no. Personal consent, yes. Informed consent, understanding the full consequences of my actions, it would depend on the exact situation but would have been possible for me, imo, in some scenarios.

I had a big and super serious crush on my middle school music teacher. We had very adult conversations that were probably inappropriate for the dynamic (about dating, money, his medical stuff, etc) but I led the whole way and wanted way more in a pretty aware and thought-out way.

As a 14-16 year old male with a 26-28 year old woman, absolutely yes. Sex isn't that sacred and doesn't have an innate power dynamic.

Not speaking to policy, just strictly from my personal experience, especially having gone to college at 17, and as a male, I said yes.
