If this is supposed to be analogous to vaccine mandates, I think mandating RISUG (for men) and IUDs (for women) for the two years would be a better parallel

This one is good. If there are 1.000.000 babies born they will commit 500.000 murders. If you kill them all you're killing 500.000 murderers and 500.000 innocent babies which is a bigger number. However something still tells me the babies must die. Dunno why.
