Autogynophilia does seem to explain the rise in recent years of femboys, which seems like an overwhelmingly online thing

firstly i want to mention that i think using this terminology could possibly be harmful and there's very little possibility of benefit to using it, so i think you shouldn't have. with regard to the question tho, it depends on how broadly we take aroused.
