I'm 41. I've been watching porn semi regularly since I was 12. Looking back over my life, I can't think of a single negative consequence aside from a little embarrassment from my mom catching me. And I know plenty of positive consequences.
I don't get these results so far.

I feel like it's kinda bad maybe because 1) It may reduce the rate at which I nail my partner which could make us somewhat less close, and 2) There could be some unknown indirect suffering due to my porn consumption.

Uh poll wording feels funky to. If I stopped watching porn a few years ago because it was negatively effecting me, I could describe my current relationship as "really good" because I no longer watch porn?

Unfortunately it's my only intimate relationship for the majority of the past.... 9 years? I rarely looked at porn while in previous relationships and only when discussed with my partner.
It'd be nice to find someone so I can quit again (among many other reasons).

Consuming porn is objectively bad, so lots of people in denial about the negative effects of such consumption on themselves.
