No, and no. Astrology is metaphysics. There is no solid science of metaphysics. It’s like epistemology, the analysis based on experiences inside people’s heads.

I believe that Kepler made his money doing astrology. He needed that for food and stuff otherwise he couldn't do science. Science is backed by astrology 😅

Though as to that latter question in the Renaissance a lot of the best astronomers were also astrologers. And in fact their astronomy was a means to the astrological end.
