i have this problem where i basically cannot sleep in a new environment especially if there's another person there
and it seems like i will be doing a lot of this

I assume you've tried stuff like eye mask + earplugs + draping blankets around you like a privacy tent + sleep drugs?
I have a friend who has a lot of trouble sleeping around ppl and she always builds a little tent like pod where nobody has visual sight on her and that seems to help

all but the tent so far-- tent sounds good but i'm trying to share a bed w my boyfriend,, so 😂
i should give earplugs another shot tho, thanks for the reminder!
