? My sister has an impostor who somehow got ahold of one of her old IDs, the account has more followers than her, steals all her content, and is trying to get her actual account deleted. Instagram hasn't been helping her at all.

keep in mind, if i remember correctly, if you file a DMCA, the person you file the DMCA against gets a copy of the DMCA and all the info you included on it.
