Does anybody know someone at ? My sister has an impostor who somehow got ahold of one of her old IDs, the account has more followers than her, steals all her content, and is trying to get her actual account deleted. Instagram hasn't been helping her at all.

keep in mind, if i remember correctly, if you file a DMCA, the person you file the DMCA against gets a copy of the DMCA and all the info you included on it.
Already tried that multiple times. Hasn’t worked.

A good lawyer might be able to help. Or even without lawyer, send DMCA takedowns for the stolen content.

I am trying to figure out a way to open a ticket with them/contact someone who works there.
So far, all my/my friends attempts of reporting their account have failed.

In all honesty she should go to law enforcement. What this individual is doing is criminal. May even have a case for feds sense it sounds like identity theft

Also insta might not listen to your sister but they will listen to the cops
