planning on getting covid this week, can everyone who had mild cases tell me about how great it was

First day of symptoms was hell - sickest I’ve ever been. Fever, body aching, head felt like it was being squished. Couldnt sleep or get out of bed. Now it just feels like a bad cold - sore throat, coughing, sneezing. Wouldn’t recommend tbh.

It was exactly like strep for me. No cough, no fever, nothing but a sore throat that gradually ramped up over the course of 3 days. It was rip-your-own-throat-out awful for about 24 hours and I recovered pretty rapidly after that. 🤷♀️

Recent booster, very slight sore throat. Wife didn't get it in time, she had a hard cold for about 6 days

Felt like a bad cold/mild flu for about a week, then I lost my sense of taste for a few days. It was a nuisance, but not that bad.
