Rationalists are wary of passing judgment based on tribal moves, they're highly accepting of strangeness, they are constantly looking for how they are wrong, they regularly practice making predictions to check exactly how wrong they are. This is so admirable.

I want the future of humanity to have integrated this practice (among others! I think rationality itself is not complete). And it is a *practice*, much as you might practice an instrument - mistakes are made, and you might not be very good, but it's still an earnest attempt.

Such a beautiful message! I've discovered the power of rationality & evidence-based beliefs years ago and it made such a big change in my life! Since then, I've focused on learning more about human psychology and the world we live in and it's been a challenging, wonderful ride.
