This tool describes going grocery shopping with standard masks as "dangerously high risk" which in my opinion renders it completely worthless for making actual decisions

Check the bottom, you can set your risk levels. iirc the default is a 1% chance per year of getting covid

I feel like it should be higher. I literally wrestle sweaty men and women 5/6 days a week. Still haven't had covid yet.
