Trans women tend to be paraphilia-prone, which is much more like cis men. OTOH the most common paraphilia in trans women is autogynephilia, which is also common in cis women, but not usually thought of as a fetish at all, and probably missed by your data.

Among my transwoman friends there's a big divide between the people who had dysphoria and those who were more woman!euphoric. Former might be closer to cis women in sex fantasies (not sure) and seem to have lower sex drives but latter are definitely more like cis men.
