I used to literally believe in demons! growing up I had a crush on a boy who thought he could see them, like he'd walk around and point them out. All of our community believed him and reacted seriously, not a single person in my world said demons weren't real.

i was close with a guy like that when i was younger! one time tho he apparently overheard me getting off & the next day took me aside to tell me how during the night he had heard my being tormented by a demon & he had prayed until it had stopped
