You're probably imagining a cuddle puddle with a lot of men you don't/barely know. Try imagining it with a small group of close friends with whom you've built comfort with non-sexual touch over time and who know your comfort zone.

I would love to like cuddle puddles but I have very similar issues with it. it just feels so uncomfortable to me

You know, I haven't considered that if I was a very attractive woman I would also find it harder to get comfortable with platonic cuddling but now that you both mention it... It's not universal though, I know a lot of ladies who love a good puddle.

yea it's true. I've spent countless parties sitting at the edge of cuddle zones looking in. Idk why I haven't grown to be comfortable with it, my touch aversion seems to have remained pretty strong despite a year or two softening after a huge mdma dose.
