This article is great, not just cause it's well reasoned but because it's a good example of what it takes to actually directly evaluate a lot of claims in scientific literature.

The political takeaway alien metaphor is the best explanation for anything I have ever read. What an astounding article. The entire analysis is very good reading.

Is the level/amount of fraud found with Ivermectin studies present everywhere or just with ivermectin? Is just with Ivermectin, then why?

My guess is the higher the politicization of the topic, the less you should default trust the studies on it, but there's unfortunate amounts of bad studies on normal minor topics everywhere else too.
Stopped reading after this lie. “Dozens of teams published studies saying ivermectin definitely worked. Then most scientists concluded it didn’t.”

it's not untrue - he presents a contradiction between studies and scientists, and spends the rest of the post trying to figure out wtf is going on, why would scientists disagree with studies?

I think the question has moved past ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine or other med hyped by someone you don’t agree with to “why are none of the repurposed drugs that are frequently used in real world Covid-19 treatment protocols recommended at all by the CDC, NHS etc…?”
