Surgeons are skilled labor. It’w funny how you jump straight to a skilled labor job that’d be affected, when the largest hit would go to the most wealthy. The only change to the analogy I’d give is cap the minimum at a solid $15/hr wage, but still, the point stands. It’d be good.
