Happy to be more precise here If you believe astrology is actually predictive of personality, then you probably will score lower on IQ tests. This isn't an absolute predictor, but an average one. Similarly to how I predict heavier ppl are more likely to be tall.

Yeah, I mean measuring intelligence seems pretty eugenicist in general because it seeks to place values on intelligence which can then be used to put humans in a hierarchical order. I don’t know what your project is but the OP seems to want to put astrologers in there pecking
