Ppl who are real into astrology/conspiracies/woo beliefs *really* trigger me, but it's not because of the beliefs themselves, it's what it indicates about the person. To me, it implies a profound lack of curiosity in checking to see if their beliefs are true. 1/

You decided to call all of occult "woo". This is a large part of worldly population. You really didn't think it would rub someone the wrong way to be told that apparently they can't hold relationships or have critical thinking skills?

It’s even wilder that a lot of us in that sphere are actually very smart and often very educated people, with great analytical skills, but also with compassion for human spiritual needs. It’s almost like we’re aware that multi-dimensional, multi-disciplinary thinking is valid.

Yeah i wouldnt trust an astrologer to touch me with a ten foot pole. I don't think i've ever met a single astrologer who seemed to have a scientific orientation towards questioning the world. Im down to meet one if you know one though!
