Idk I started out Twitter with a bright eyed, innocent "I'll never block anyone"
but it just takes a few times of going viral and having thousands of people telling you to eat shit and die until you're like ok block everything that moves

True I think if people direct hate at you it's fine to block ofc. If someone posts a meme comic about your industry not even targeted at you and then you block them for that as happened in this case, that just shows you rly can't deal with any critique whatsoever.

Idk, i'm sympathetic to both sides here? In most cases I agree this indicates sensitivity, but like... i could see myself doing that. Maybe you tend to be at the center of fewer controversies, but at this point, sometimes I block anybody who breathes wrong
as in; the threshhold for "likelihood this kind of person will be a negative experience for me on twitter" drops; I used to need very high confidence for this, now I need very low confidence, because it's worth the damage of occasional false positives
Yeah I see that, def get PTSD being famous it's very challenging but ppl think you can't complain if you famous cause you know you're famous
