If you voluntarily make an exchange with someone else, both of you gain value; both of you would prefer to have what you got from the trade more than what you lost. This isnt exploitation, trade isnt zero sum. Billions of these little value gains are what civilization is made of!

The word "voluntarily" is doing all the heavy lifting. Is it voluntary if I do it or face punishment? Is it voluntary if it's the best of shitty options? Is it voluntary if I've been tricked? Is it voluntary if my continued participation in exchange depends on acquiescing...

it's absolutely voluntary if it's the best of shitty options. If you're tricked I don't count this as good; this means you made a trade for something you thought you were getting, but in fact were not getting, and that doesn't fall into 'trade that gives value' for me here
