(a) the value of my post significantly depends on the value of Joshin's post as a whole, given I only quoted part of it and didn't assert even that part to be true
(b) the value of Joshin's post depends in any way on Brent's credibility/honesty

(b) I don't know anything about Joshin but, from the post, he's affiliated enough with Brent to have came up with him -- and so my impression that high-level narrativization/frame-warping of conflict is in the water around him. Which raises my level of distrust

Relatedly, Joshin at two points in the post makes explicit meta-statements about doing his best to be honest and about not during frame control and I don't know how to feel about the possibility of attempting meta-priming effects here

If your hypothesis is that Brent is such a powerful wizard that he controls anyone in contact with him in ways that renders their accounts of other events useless then no one can apply any kind of investigation or standards to him.

to be clear here, my memory currently is that I was the first one to publicly share a link to the accounts against Brent (I think it was only one account at the time), and that I agreed to do so beforehand with the author. I didn't do any organization beyond this.
Ben, is this consistent with Aella telling you she "organized the publishing"? It seems to me that either
- You were given false info
- Aella is currently giving false info
- You are currently giving false info
- You interpreted true info falsely (other options imply intent)
