One question im real curious about is how much sexual fetishes are genetically heritable; and if so, does this explain some of the "child sexual abusers, were abused" trope?

SSC looked into this. The answer is almost all the abuser abused correlation is genes and abusers lie. None of it abuse creates an abuser. Terrible that society created a phobia for the abused.

TWO ASPECTS:
1) Nature (genetic)
2) Nurture (childhood experience)
Both play a role…

Assuming that it was; would that be more of a contributing factor than exposure to abuse during childhood?

The fetishes themselves are likely a result of environmental factors (exposure to something during key periods)
The traits which make someone more or less open to embracing and/or acting on them is a function of personality, which is largely heritable (although not entirely)

look into it please, your last research about sexual fetishes in relation to political views has been the main topic of conversation with my friends for quite a while :)

Cyclical inducement doesn't need to be genetic. Think of it in the same way we do FGM or circumcision.

Any fetish that enables effective reproduction would probably be passed on. A preference for a youthful mate is probably a strong selector, but genes don’t know how to draw lines for puberty.
