kinda fucked up that the only people who seem to think about facial features in any amount of depth are portrait artists and people with body image issues
maybe plastic surgeons, too, but i dont hear about things like philtrum surgery

I've been thinking very hard about how to shorten my philtrum for yeaaars
A Brazilian woman I follow on Instagram just had a surgery that took a few millimeters off her philtrum in order to lift her upper lip and give it a fuller look.
I don't think this was beneficial, but apparently We Have The Technology.

that's wild :o imo long philtrums are v cool but i think i get the appeal (and apparently shorter ones look more youthful)
