For those who've tried medium or higher doses of psychedelics, have you experienced concrete hallucinations while tripping? Not dreamlike visions overlying reality, but seeing concrete alternate things intermixed with reality?

No, but when I close my eyes I see all sorts of things involuntarily. Sometimes very beautiful things.

i think yes, but need some clarification
so on dmt or high psych doses, i find all my senses unify into a single "hallucination", which certainly replaces my perception of the world and is not overlaid on it
but i take it you more mean something like seeing unicorns?

Yes. Mainly auditory, a literal choir of angels singing menacingly, and the writing on an LCD screen turn into Egyptian hieroglyphics.

I totally experience them sober and not being mentally unwell. One of the funniest examples is that when I type Cyrillic on Latin keyboard, I look at it (I touch type Latin layout but don’t Cyrillic) and clearly see flashes of Cyrillic letters on keys.

worst/most panic-inducing hallucination was convincing myself i was bleeding profusely between my legs on a medium LSD dose. saw it in bright bathroom lighting at a festival, very realistic and had to recruit a soberish friend to repeatedly confirm it wasn't happening.

Yes, but it was with some stuff called Parkinol (I think also known as L-DOPA), rather than the more usual LSD / mushrooms.
